We are a manufacturer, and we have builded up our factory since 1998. Our factory is located in Nanjing city of China.
2. How can I get to your factory?
Our factory is near Nanjing airport. we can pick you up in the airport, and we can help you book the hotel if you plan to stay and visit our factory.
3. How about the quality of your products?
We have our products strictly tested in U.S. and Australia. Its design and production are complied with RMI and AS4084 standard, which represent the highest quality level of steel storge rack industry.
4. What is the delivery time if I place an order from your company?
Generally speaking, the lead time would be within 25 days if your order is not over 3 containers. If the order belongs to customized products, we maybe need aonther 2 weeks to make special moulds for production.
5. How do you pack the finished products, or what is way of package for shipment?
We wrap all products with air bubble films and use pallets and steel strip to bundle up each package of products. When loading all products into containers, we also use special air bags and wood bars to stabilize the packages of products during the shipment.
6. What would after-sale service be , such as , shipment, installation and maintance?
We can make the shipment of your order as you indicate. As for the installtion, we can supply the detailed assembly drawings and we can also send installation instructor if you want one. Besides, we will tell our customers knowledge about racking system maintance so as to make sure your operation is right. If you have any questions about maintance, we are willing to dispatch professionals at site to solve your problems.
